I found their communication to the tenant and myself very poor, the manager lacked basic knowledge required for her role, I constantly had to chase them up, there were a number of additional fees in the contract on top of their all inclusive fee, they were prepared to sign off on the final inspection (until I intervened) even though the tenant had caused obvious damage to the property.

My partner and I are young, we didnt have much details or history behind us, Chances of scoring a rental have been low and has made us lose hope.
